Hey guys! Some of you may remember our old friend / instructror Chowy Fernandez. He provided here some really killer fusion / progressive / metal lessons, very tricky licks and riffs.

Ok, here I would like to share a new virtual project that he has, and their powerful first single.

Good musicians, and most of it is good, but for me that one guitar just sounds so much out of place and not pleasant to my ears at all!

agreed. with absolutely no disrespect to Chowy intended, the song may have been better with no, or at least a lot less soloing. after a while it just kinda grates on the nerves. however, the riffs were huge and the tone/feel was very up my ally.

Tight playing and nice video! I think that this dude is definitely a hard worker and he deserves the applause, but he could come in with some more melody in order to gain more ppl on his side wink.gif

Great musicians, great music. Just way too much for me to 'get'. laugh.gif

It's like Tosin Abasi from Animals As Leaders; I KNOW it's good stuff, just not for me.

yes, he lives closer from here. He has many projects. He is now sponsored by Godin, and he has won a very important guitar competition and the prize is that the label boosweet (which releases Kiko Loureiro albums for example) is going to release his solo album this year.
