Hi
(Please excuse my bad english)

A nice option could be send the audio output from your computer to a mixer (channel 1) , and plug your guitar + effects chain also to the mixer (channel 2).

So you will have both signals (backing track coming form the computer and your guitar coming from yourself) routed to the same device.

You can pan the signals to get a stereo effect.

After, all is send the full mixer output to the recorder.

Other is pluging your guitar into your computer audio in, give playback to the backing track and record the two signals in your hard drive.

Regards!

In fact, best procedure can be choosen depending of your recorder device.
