Just a thought - if the scalloping was done post production whoever did it might also have put on new inlays.

 evil scalloping. guees you can do a 2 tones bend by pressing them down but are there no tone knobs? |

Yeah, it is really small, but it feels nice and it is more of a shred machine than my other guitars.
