GMC Forum _ PRACTICE ROOM _ Drop C Song With Vocals

Posted by: enlo22 Dec 21 2016, 11:51 PM

hey guys, i thought i'd share this here since I haven't posted in a while. This is a song I came up with after a recent break up so i decided to add vocals. It was fun to make, and definitely has a lot of feelings behind it, hope you guys enjoy it. As always appreciate the feedback and any questions! cheers.

Hey Marco, it's always great to hear a new song from you smile.gif It's obvious that you put a variety of feelings behind it and the result it's awesome as usual. Great song, lyrics ( BTW it's cool that you posted the lyrics under video because at this style I need more training to understand what singer says biggrin.gif ) and killer mix!!!
I'm really sorry to hear about your recent breakup but the advantage of a musician is the fact that always a breakup comes at package with a new song smile.gif Music always helps you heal faster. You look very sad in the video but I hope this song has freed you and now you are ready to go further wink.gif

Great to see you back. Your playing is getting cleaner, more twisted and better sounding. Really great to be constantly impressed by your overall self-developement. Keep up the good work. BTW - I belive that for your playing EVH really does the job a little better than Peavey you had before...even if it's a similar device.

Thank you Darius, I appreciate the feedback. Also you're right, this amp is great for what I need, idk why but it's wayyyy easier to mix with. Almost have to do nothing eq wise. I think the Peavey was great, but for more agressive styles, but this one i's more contained but aggressive!
