It's probably going to be the same answer for most of us but for me it's obviously the fact that it enables me to record music. Without it, I'd find things very difficult indeed. So I am incredibly grateful to this amazing machine ! Aside from that, it also allows me to make and edit videos and artwork ! Thank you computer - I salute you ! I can use stuff like pandora internet radio and Itunes to listen to music I may not otherwise have got to enjoy, since there are no good music stores where I live. I could name probably a dozen artists I enjoy that I probably wouldn't even know about but for the internet. 2. I can record music and then be able to share it with others, as well as listen to and enjoy what they have recorded as well. This is a direct reference to the collabs here on GMC, which I love to do because I am kind of a lone wolf musician where I live, and don't get to play music with other people very often because everybody here likes country or bluegrass, and I play Jazz, Blues, and Rock. 3. Computer Games! I never was much of a console/gaming system type of guy, but I love to play and mod computer games. Most of the ones I play are ancient history in gaming years, but I still enjoy them. 4. I like to work with the hardware and software of a computer, and eventually I want to build my own.
