Would it be too much trouble to ask to be able to download the backing tracks for lessons? I know they can be played in a flash player but I like practicing in my garage because I can play loud. This would be much easier if I could download the backings so I could just put em on my iPod and jam to it. Also I'm not even entirely sure if I can already do this, so forgive me if its already possible, I just haven't figured out how unsure.gif

At the moment its not possible - at least in part because we have to pay to use this site and Kris wants to avoid valuable GMC property being widely distributed. This is of course more true of the videos, but it also applies to the backing tracks.

Kris has mentioned a couple of times that he is thinking of ways to remove the restriction but I don;t know that he has anything firm yet.

I have the same question concerning the guitar pro tab. Is it possible to put the backing track on it? One day smile.gif

If there is a paper partition or tab, i'm sure someone would be glad to transcript this in GP format. I can try but I'm not mastering GP yet. And i don't master drums and bass at all smile.gif

If it is extracted from a rythm box... well it is big work indeed.

It's too much work. Don't see the point in having backing track transcribed huh.gif
