I make pancakes all the time, sometimes waffles, sometimes with blueberries or maybe even buttermilk ones. Also in Newfoundland we have something called Toutons... it's basically fried bread dough but you eat it with molasses instead of Maple Syrup. Well I use maple syrup anyways cause I'm a rebel like that They taste just like a pancake though.
