Are they going sharp or going flat?
If they are going sharp, you need to loosen the spring adjustment screws at the back of the guitar. Remember: Make TINY tiny adjustments here! See this: http://www.glowingtubes.com/p/FloydTuning.htm##setup If they are going flat, maybe you need to stretch the strings. Generally, do not lock the nut until the strings stay in tune.
