Just finished recording Trond's slow soloing lesson, lots of bendings in there, which I'm still trying to control. See how you guys like it, let me know what you think of it.
There's one specially hard bending on the e string which I'm afraid my finger is still not strong enough to achieve (I believe it goes further than the usual full tone bending, feels like 1,5 tones to my ears!). -------------------- Guitars:

Thanks O.C., I appreciate your input I'll keep practicing it as part of my routine, there are a lot of bends indeed, and my muting technique is far from good.

Sorry for being a bit late to reply! Was away for a few days.
I think you did good on this one too Some bends are a bit shaky still and the timing goes off at times, but this can all be overcome with some more practice But all in all, good job -------------------- Guitars: Schecter Stiletto Classic, Jackson SLSMG, Ibanez RG-380 Japan, Gibson Les Paul Studio

Thanks Trond, I keep practicing it every single day. One of the things I have a hard time is getting your tone, which is awesome.
I record through pandora px5d using either a high gain or a UK modern amp simulation with high gain, high bass & high eq settings, plus a compressor simulation. Still it doesn't sound quite as good as I'd wish, but I guess the tone is in the fingers too, plus you use active pickups... too many things! I really like the tone you get with that jackson soloist, though I guess a good chunk of that tone comes from the amp. -------------------- Guitars:

Do you mean cab emulation? It has cab emulation, but I guess I'm not really good dialing in tones. It always sounds quite digital to me, I'm sure it can sound better, I just don't know how
