I didnt find any thread to post this in to, altough i might be tired and missed it, but anyway!

I started playing guitar yesterday, and i was wondering if this would be good to learn

https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/solo-guit...ng-from-heaven/

I seem to get the hang of it, and it sounds awesome, ive learnt some of the basic tapping Kris learned me in that tutorial. But suddenly all i hear in my head is the beginners 1-2-3 guide, so all im thinking is "1-2-3" "1-2-3" Argh xD Anyway! The main question is, will i be cabable of doing it? it doesnt look to advanced, and it sounds so awesome!

Oh, as some of you might know, im not fammiliar with this "pro" talk, i dont understand "The backing track’s chord progression is Dm, C, and Bb. The TAPPING IS the "T." " Its something i should know, please dont blame me, i got my guitar yesterday and i have no teacher what so ever, thats why i love this site smile.gif

I think you could pull it off after a few days or a week of working on it. I still find it difficult to change frets with my tapping hand, and I learned how to tap about 3 months ago. It'll be hard, but I think you can do it. smile.gif

You've been playing guitar for 2 days?

I recomend you to star with more basic stuff. Its very important to start with good a good technique.

here are a couple of lessons you can start with.

How to use a metronome-Kristopher Dahl

Power Chords for Beginners-Kristopher Dahl

Guitar Excercises-Kristopher Dahl

Pentatonic Scale 1-Kristopher Dahl

Also I recommend you to check the student instructors board , you can find a lot of useful lessons.

So start practicing and let us know your progress.

"The backing track’s chord progression is Dm, C, and Bb. "

some theory lessons should help you understand that.

The TAPPING IS the "T."

T on the tabs means tap, which means play the note with a finger on your picking hand.

What do you mean? That you don't know how to play them, or something else?

Yeah. The difference is, for barre chords, that a major is exactly the same as a minor, except for one thing: On the G string, the note goes down one fret. So if you're playing F major, you have your index finger as the bar, your pinky and ring finger on the A and D string at the third fret, and your ring finger is on the G string at the 2nd fret. If it was F minor, it would be the same, except that your ring finger wouldn't be doing anything. Your index finger working as a bar you be fretting it at the first fret along the B and high and low E. That was really complicated, but I hope you understood.
