Just wondering, how do i cancel my subscription here on GMC? cant find any sort of canceling options!

Slow streaming problem

Hi there all GMCers!

I haven´t been logged in here for a time now, but yesterday i decided to learn som stuff here.
My problem is that a short streaming video take up to 2-3 minuites to buffer, and thats kinda anoying becouse I have to stream it all over again if i should shut down the internet.
I havent had this problem before, and my it is nothing wrong with my internet.
Is it becouse GMC is slow to stream, or is it my internet browsers fault (I use mozilla firefox)
I have tried with Internet Explorer to, but it takes the same time there.
Am i the only one experiencing this?
Is there any way to make it faster?

How to get a more "metal" sound

When i improvise around the A minor pentatonice scale, everything i play sounds like some kind of blues.
I´m more into hard rock/ metal, so how do I do to make it sound more heavier and "metal"?
Is there like another way to execute the licks so they get another sound or something?
And is there any special notes in the scales that got a more heavier tone than others, combined with the right ones?

Got a guitartechniques magazine for christmas and now I´m trying to learn some country licks in it.
I was just wondering, how are you supposed to pick, if the lick is something like this:

1:-2---------2-0-------|
2:---3------------------|
3:-----4----------------|
4:-------5--------------|
5:----------------------|
6:----------------------|


Should i apply only upstrokes on it? Feels so much easier to use just downstrokes, but i guess thats becouse I´m more used to that.
