This guy is my new favorite guitarist along with Tony MacAlpine, but Vinnie Moore is still the best. I got Mind's Eye and Time Odyssey for Christmas and they are absolutely AMAZING. "Daydream" off Mind's Eye has one of the best shreddy main themes ever. "Morning Star" has THE single best melody ever for it's main theme, I have never seen a cooler melody, it just flatout amazing. I couldn't find any videos of Vinnie himself playing these awesome songs, but I found some covers, here they are. Note that the people playing in the videos are not Vinnie Moore, they are just covers.

Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy this amazing guitarist as much as I have and will continue to.

Vinnie is a great guitar player and a great composer. He created too many beautiful melodies. I have done some neoclassical lesson inspired in his playing.

I saw him live in a small club called Sinbads back in the late 80's in Buffalo NY. He did a great show. He's a great musician.

Vinnie just signed with Dean Guitars, and he has a new production signature model out.

Meltdown is my favorite. His tone and phrasing are killer! He tears it up over that awesome rock riff! That's how to burn up the pentatonic scale...And speaking of Tony MacAlpine, 'Tears of Sahara' features George Lynch trading back and forth with Tony. The song is beautiful and loaded with killer guitar licks at the same time. The last time I saw Tony, he was playing keyboards and guitar with Steve Vai. Awesome!

I saw the video on youtube where Gustavo Guerra play's "Meltdown" from Vinnie Moore, and I liked it very much. The Dean signature from Vinnie looks cool, I think there's a photo of it at Dean's website.
