Overdubbing With Audio Interface

How can i post a video where i play and the rhythm and the solo? I know how to record it with my audio interface but i don,t know how to make the video's over eachother so you can see me twice. The technique is usually called "Picture in picture" so I did a quick search and found this two interesting videos. Please let me know if you can do it.
