any chance you could give us the name of the amp you're thinking of buying, it would be a good start, so we can look at alternatives if your choice is not so great.

The Boss Cube -20x but im thinking of a different am, one with 10+ watts with gain, bass, reverb, delay, treble, input for headphones, and low price.

What's your number 1 piority? Gain and valve sound? Skip the headphones and get a Laney LC15R valve amp Headphones? Maybe a PoD, G7 or similar could be an option. Look for info from Andrew. Don't know what one cost though. A compromise? I'm sure the Boss (Does Roland call the cubes "Boss" where you're from?) so the story so far is....
whammy pedal = wah pedal this kid thinks that effects pedal needs a extra input socket and most people are successfully confused
