For those of you who enjoy and appreciate all that is beer, post up your favorite beer and why...

I'll start I guess, overall my favorite non-seasonal beer is Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout because its simply delicious, has good color and a full flavor and its not really expensive.

http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/samuel-smiths-oatmeal-stout/87/

i guess if anyone else can find there beer on www.ratebeer.com a link up would be good too.

Haven't been checking that many different brands out lately. Usually I'm just in for the regular draught Albani Odense Classic, when spending time in pubs.

I went to a Turkish restaurent some time ago, and I must admit that the Turkish beer "Efes" is very easily drinkable. Tastes good, but it's not that beer-ish.

QUOTE ("Steve Vai")
Start by playing something - a bend, a riff, a scale, a song - very slowly; if you make a mistake, start over; do this over and over, until you can play it flawlessly - and I do mean flawlessly - many times in a row. Next, gradually increase the tempo. Eventually you'll be flailing like a madman.

Natural light!

nah just kidding, (Its a very cheap beer and is popular among us american college students)

Yuengling Premium has been my choice when my wallet isn't too thin.

It's a very small distributor, and probably only people in the greater Pennsylvania Area have heard of it, much less tasted it.

Yuengling is great!

2 days ago, I went to a bar where they have over 300 kinds of beer. And the one I tasted was this one: http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/chapeau-banana/6094/
I like it a lot! You can''t taste that it's beer that good It's more like lemonade But I like sweet things.
Don't have a lot of expierence with other beers except for Jupiler, Maes and Duvel.

of the beers I've tried, Guinness is my favorite... even though most of the bars around here rarely have any of it fresh

Cold one

Old Speckled Hen and London Pride usually glide down but anything thats on special tap in the pub is a good variation to the usual lager slurping of a Friday night tongue.gif

Couple of great choices there, I would add Adnams Broadside and Timothy Taylor Landlord - I can even get the Adnams over here though only in bottles ...

I'm too young and immature to drink beer for a "nice drink" or for the taste.

Usually it's just whatever i can get that doesn't make my face srew up and sits in my belly well enough.

I'm more of a lager than beer man:
Budweiser
Grolsch
Stella Artois
Kronenbourg 1664

are the usual choices at the pub. Carling if i absolutely have nothing else to drink!

If the pub only has fosters, i walk home. Can't drink the stuff dry.gif
