Hi,

I managed to make a track from scratch today. Took me about 5 hours to complete it. We rehearsed
RATM - Killing in the name with the band yesterday so today I just felt like making this kind of a song.

Bass: Ampeg SVX
Guitar: DF-7 preset 3 using a Ibanez SZ520
Drums: AD
Vocal and lyrics: By me

Warning - Explicit lyrics Attached File  Antipolitik___Rage__inside_of_me___f_rdig_.mp3 ( 6.03MB ) Number of downloads: 231

Here is the lyrics:

Rage huh inside of me
(let me take you to the)
Rage huh inside of me

Oaww Rage huh
(let me take you to the)

Rage grow inside of me
guess it comes with insanity
do you know your enemy
I guess it's a part of me

Loosing my mind suddenly
near me a bad place to be
I'll take your soul away
Rage grow inside of me

Rage huh inside of me
Rage huh inside of me
(you motherf*****)

Rage huh inside of me
(let me take you to the)
Rage huh inside of me

Don't talk to me motherf*****
I don't give a f*** who you are
Here we go...

So you're a bitch that always lies
and I'm the one who sacrifies
Like the devil you always deny
welcome to hell when you die

A disgrace to your family
they fill your head with inanity
Like the demon full of hate
your life is gone it's too late

Rage huh inside of me
(let me take you to the)
Rage huh inside of me
(motherf*****)

F*** YOU

Rage huh inside of me
Rage huh huh inside of me

Rage huh inside of me

Hope you like it!

Thanks, I think this style suits me the best due to my bad pitch control sad.gif if I keep the words short in a more
rap style of singing it tends to sound much better hehe... I'll try to work on my "flow" a bit more tho'.
I apologize if the lyrics offend some of you but it's that "kind of a song"... don't tell your mama about it!

Keep rockin'

Thanks Smells and Hisham! I do have some work left I think... some words are difficult to hear... I really shout when I sing so I get all dizzy and forget to really concentrate on the words smile.gif but I am improving fast especially my guitarplay thanks to GMC! Love this site wink.gif

I've told you already, but dude I'm becoming, no, I AM a big fan of your stuff smile.gif

When I saw you did a style of RATM I got very excited, as is one of my favorite bands, and sorta worried too, to be honest. Many try to do Rage but not all are successful. They are so unique, but man you did a great job smile.gif And I agree with you totally as this style of vocal, a rap more so then sing, certainly suites you. Not that your singing is bad, I enjoy it as well, but I think you could do a lot with this style of vocal.

Keep the uploads coming man!

Thanks, always nice to see rok post feedback smile.gif. About the vocals, I'm thinking of trying to record the vocals again tomorrow. I'm working nightshift now and been listening to the track like 100 times. Lots of stuff I know I can do better.
Some things I really like and I'll probably keep those. On this version I sang everything straight off and didn't cut
out anything "bad". I usually do that and then I try to find the best stuff and record all again after a few days.
I like the verses now but I'll try to be more dynamic and concentrate on saying the words more "clear".
The lyrics I wrote on the "fly" but it's ok I think. Thanks again!

Oh, thanks Nick as well! Cheers!
