You have gotten really good at this which is the foundation of long runs. 2.)Very good muting per usual!! You have a very firm grasp on muting and it makes your technique sound nice and clean! 3.)Multi picking from Hell! Your multi picking has really gone INSANE! I love it You are on a roll!!! However, the original Mission is in Single notes so I really need to see your single picked version of this as well Soldier!! When I'm doing the video demo, I"m just playing it at a fast clip so it may sound like I'm doubling it. I"m not. I"m just playing it fast. Give me one more of you playing it using single notes, and it doesn't have to be as fast as the vid. That's just to show what it "can" sound like eventually. You can pick each note, or you can pick just a few and hammer on the rest. Either way is fine Just make it sound smooth and even. Back to the Front Soldier! I can see that you put in a wad of practice for this one and it's not an easy MISSION. It's really many missions rolled in to one. They do get harder as we keep going and you are past the point of no return on DIFFICULTY. It's a up hill clime but you can do it Soldier!!!!!!!! Let's Debrief!!! MEDALS OF HONOR 1.)Right/Left Hand Synch: Like you were born to it Soldier!!!! 2.)Musical Interpretation: The point of this MISSION is to use all that you've learned to interpret a solo and you NAILED IT. Adding your own bits to Mission bits. Nice. 3.)Precision and Control: You play with precision (e.g. controlled speed) and control through the entire solo. There are a few off notes here and there but nothing that would throw me off. In fact, you could simply call it "Atonal Musical Interpretation" if those were the notes you felt, then by all means, play those. In short Soldier...... You Just...... !!!!!LEVELED UP!!!!! You remain tied for TOP DOG!!!!! 42 is now the highest mark EVER achieved! Yet again. You and Ben continue to trade blows at the top of the board!!! It forces you to use your pinky and ring finger together in the first part, then moves to a very complex inversion of the Minor Scale. You got em both! Great use of the pinky here and it's not an easy finger to work with which is why so many folks spend soooo much effort trying to use anything but the pinky. Even when playing down low on the neck, I've seen guys try this workout using the first three fingers only. Not you soldier! Well played here. Both ascending and descending. Controlled, precise, clean, nice! Let's Debrief!!! MEDALS OF HONOR 1.)CLEAN AND CONSISTENT: You are playing with a clean strike and fret technique all the way up and down the neck. The benefits of a crazy amount of practice are showing up!!!! 2.)PINKY POWER: The use of the pinky is critical. It's not as strong as it's brother fingers so it has to be worked twice as hard. I see you have been working three times as hard as the brother fingers. Well done! 3.)INVERSION THERAPY: You KRUSHED the inversion both ascending and descending. Didn't miss a note. Spiff! In short Solder...... You Just...... !!!LEVLED UP!!! As a bonus, you are breaking ground with each Mission at this stage. Helping to set a new high bar!
