When we practice a lesson do we need to keep to the fret positions given in the lesson or can we choose the same notes elsewhere on the guitar. Also can we submit lessons with a change in fret positions or is it a strict rule that we must adhere to the positions given in the lesson. I bring this matter up because I like to play further down the guitar (i.e. higher fret positions) due to the fact that it makes bending strings a lot easier.Bill Chalmers
