Hi guys ,
here is a cover of Red House ( I know it is not has good has staffy´s cover tongue.gif ) but today I was just fellin bluesy so I dowloaded the backing of this awsome tune and started jamming and this is the result ..

Good effort mate, you definitley got a bit of jimi vibe in there, all i would say is a bit more imagination is needed, move round the fretboard a bit more, drop in some dorian flavour which works well with this song, just try and breakout of your comfort zone a little.
In respect to your tone it was nice and fuzzy, perhaps a little too much to my ears, a little more organic tube tone in there would be nice. Overall a good efort though mate, jimis shoes are not easy ones to fill!

I think You did very well Ruben! But You shouln't compare with MY version, Im just an old bum that played this one since -77 or something like that. Listen to the original instead or far better - imrpove it make it to Your own. I really liked the vocals also, BUT please take away some delay, it was far too much, at least for my ears - and You don't have to hide Your voice with any delay! wink.gif
