The only issue I have with the playing is the bend notes. Specifically, its the eighth fret on the B string up 2 half steps. I can do the micro bends easily on all the notes, but the larger bends I am having a problem with. I am using some pretty light strings (Ernie Ball... the guy sold me these hybrid or something) but I can't easily hit the note I'm bending to. You should use your ring finger to fret, and use the middle and index finger to help pushing the string up, makes it much easier and gives you more control! Personally I just use the ring and middle fingers. Try practicing the bend at the beginning of blues licks two. It stumped me for a while, because you have to barre the 5th fret on E and B with your index, while bending the 7th on G up two steps. Now lets say I'm using first finger on 5th fret on the top E and trying to bend the 8th fret on the B. Where do I put me middle finger on the board? The 8th or the 7th fret?
