Saw the movie debut night, got home and immediately started writing this song. Saw the movie again less than 24 hours later, and tomorrow I am seeing it a third time, and plan to see it again sometime next weekend. So obviously I love this movie, in fact that is grand understatement. But I won't say anything about it, I'll get to the real point. This song is pretty unusual for me, first off it has no guitars at all, not even something resembling one. Now I've had songs with no guitars before, but not with vocals. This is a big orchestrated synth song, where the "real" samples are blended with snyths to make one giant instrument. Omnisphere, EWQL, and Superior Drummer we're my main tools here. I gave the drums a lot of attention since they had a much bigger supporting role than usual, I think they came out quite good  I hope you enjoy this, but warning, if you want to see the movie don't read the lyrics below. I do not give anything away directly, as a lot of it is simply implied, but still, fair warning! LAST WARNING THE ARCHAEOLOGIST: Prometheus, can you see this? Thanks guys! I am still overly excited about this song, I want to do more in this style, just big synths and huge drums with death metal vocals.
