Hola Gab,

I've been sorting out a GP file for the Lucarelli lesson so I can play along with just what's in the video.

I'm not covering the "hidden" rhythm parts at the moment but I probably will when I've learnt how to use DaVinci Resolve and can do picture in picture. One day.

The two images below show notes the he plays in the videos for the individual parts but they're not in the GP TAB or the normal TAB. It's probably me misunderstanding something, I thought I should ask if they are errors. These are sections 1, 2 and 4. There is a similar thing in section 3 but that is actually showing a part of the next bar. For me, section one is the most important as I'm using section one. I don't think I need to play the highlighted note but I may be wrong.

Yes! you are right, he is showing a part of the next bar. Sometimes instructors do this as a way to help students to learn to connect the different parts. While learning the slow parts you can play that extra note/chord, but then when connecting the parts, you won't have to repeat it.

Gracias Gab,

After looking again, I can see that in the first image he is playing the root of the first chord in the next bar.

2nd image he's playing Dm but it's Bb in the next bar

3rd image he's playing Dm but there is no chord in the next bar.

I guess it all ties in musically somehow.

No need to explain, I'll ask again when/if I get to learning those for a video that isn't for REC.

I know you're busy lately but if you get chance can you give the GP file I attached on my last post a quick check please.

I'm back, my head is good again, sorry in advance for the questions that are going to be cropping up with this new lesson rolleyes.gif

Saludos amigo
