 http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Freeshiping...2249706412.html Among this fake OCD the list I know is; bb preamp, klon, some mad professor pedals, maxon 808, ep booster, shur riot and wampler triple wreck. Just be careful when buying used, ask the seller for detailed photos if needed. Either coloring, parts or prints these fakes can be detected. |

*Also, on Fulltone pedals, when he writes (screens) the input/output and 9 to 18vdc on the side, he does it upside down ... so you can clearly read it while standing or looking over it from above. Here's a close up ...

Sadly this is very, very common. Especially on sites like Ebay and Reveb.com
On ebay for example, always check where the item is coming from. If it's coming from China, it's a bit of a red flag. The fakes are getting better every year. It's getting harder to tell on many of them. Some of them are even made in the same factory as the original. The owner of the factory will do a run of pedals after getting a real order to make real pedals. since he has no marketing costs, he can sell them much cheaper than the real vendor. Be careful on eBay or reverb, but those sites are relatively reliable. OTOH if you're buying something on aliexpress, like your example here, it's pretty much guaranteed to be fake
