Todd here smile.gif I thought I"d try my "pre eq" idea inside of a patch instead of hardware pre eq and it seems to be working better than the last time I tried it smile.gif I put a parametric eq before the initial gain stage ( I use two primary gain stages in my patches typically) and I"m trimming off some bass/low mid to "tighten" up the sound and make it more "Djenty" ( hate that word, but it works here).

Give this patch a shot if you would pretty please!!! (requires Overloud TH2) and let me know what you think? Also, I"m NOT using my 20DB boost, and I"m not using any pre eq (usually paradriver and my mixing board) so I"m curious if my input gain is similar to other folks.

Here is the patch! Actually it's four patches in one bank!!

And a grab of the full patch. The signal path is getting a tad complicated. I must admit, I have put hundreds of hours of time in to learning the TH2 interface and learning how each bit interacts sonically with every other bit. But it's like anything else, practice makes perfect!!
