Hi GMC

I want to ask someone (Smells???) to write a wiki on how to get good tone with your amp/processor. I have difficulties with fattening up the sound and I think more people have this problem, can anyone do this? Maybe make a list of good settings for good sounds, and also an explanation on how to make a good tone, or how you do it. Maybe It can be entered in the SI-lessons topic and you can win a price!

Please... wink.gif

grtz, Kaz

Dunno if this helps but i find using more basses and mids, also adding a quiet chorus and delay helps fatten up sounds. smile.gif

And don't forget that tone is also in your fingers.

I`ll give it some thought Kaz, tone is quite a personal thing tbh, not everyone likes the same tone, and my tone sounds through your gear (and as Botox says your fingers) will sound totally different, its a question of experimenting, but I`ll have a good think and see if I can put something together to help you.

Again its only been recent that I`ve found a good set up/settings, something I`ve always managed to get close to but wasnt always satisfied until more recently smile.gif
