Hi all!

Ok here goes my first article, hope you guys find it useful!

https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/wiki/index.php/Pocketpod

I used the gear template to create, hope I made it right wink.gif
It's about the Pocketpod, which has become a little companion of mine in my practice routine these last months.

Great review =D
I actually wondered if I should buy one of those, but if it can't record by USB, I won't bother tongue.gif

Thanks ^^

It's written very well but it seems more like a gear review than a wiki article.

You are right Zakk, I wrote it as a gear wiki, but with lots of input like in a review, but I tried my best to keep to undeniable facts, making it objective, stating it's features and not personal opinions. It should be both objective and interesting to read at the same time.

Of course there could be somebody who loves the lack of real USB recording capabilities, or likes to press 2 buttons and twist a knob with his tongue at the same time to change a setting!, but 99% of the population would think of those as drawbacks. Unless they have a tongue like an anteater! laugh.gif laugh.gif

Thanks for the comments guys! smile.gif

It's good mate i like how its half a review half a wiki sort of thing makes it a bit different but in a good way. I have a PODxt myself and i don't think i could play without it now tongue.gif. If i broke it or it got stolen or something i'd buy another one. Well actuall, i might try the PODX3 if that happened, hmmm, maybe

Ok, I give that a 5!

Great review, good impressions and lots of inforation. Wiki entries absolutely can be reviews - in fact over time we will probably move the reviews on the review boardinto the Wiki.

Well done!

I'd like to make an addition here - Fran could you add the grey content box as seen here?

https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/wiki/index.php/Les_Paul
It makes it easier to navigate - and get a quick overvie wover the sections in the article. smile.gif

(If you follow the template Andrew gave us it willappear automatically)

Thanks guys! Glad you liked it wink.gif

Kris no problem, I'll add the content box, as a matter of fact I thought about it, but as it was not included in the Gear template I thought I shouldn't! I'll work on it later.

Edit: Just took a look at the code for the General template (which is the one that includes the content box), and I added those few "=" symbols needed to create the headlines, and now the box appears! Took me a while to realize it was those symbols that created the box wink.gif
