And thanks for posting that first one playaxeman cos I've known that piece for a while but never known it's name. Of classical music one of my favourite pieces is from the romantic period, Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto, the first movement. I also like Mozart's "Alla Turca". Yep, I was brought up on classical music and I can't stress the importance of appreciating classical enough. Anyhow, as to favourite composers, my number one is and forever shall be Sergei Rachmaninoff. His music makes me very proud to be half Russian Apart from Rach, I also am a big fan of Debussy, Ravel, Shostakovich, Chopin, Scriabin, Tchaikovsky, Prokofiev, Liszt (you can probably guess from that list I'm a pianist haha ) Also, Elgar, Schoenberg, Albeniz, Khachaturian, Dvorak.. ah I could go on and on..
