Gabe, I can pretty much play through blues licks two (link), except for that very first bend on the first lick and repeated variations of it. The trouble is mostly just getting the bend in and still getting the two 5th fret notes in, while coming off of the bend sounding clean. How do you suggest practicing it?
Also, let me make sure I'm getting the fingering right. I'm using my middle and ring fingers to bend the 7th fret of the g string, then barring the b and e strings with my index on the 5th fret. Anything that can help with this kind of lick?
