I agree with Kristofer, it could be a number of things, mostly a warning sign.
Excess stress or pressure applied to your arm, or you have a pinched nerve. Worst case: Oncoming heart attack and stroke. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS). Dislocated or ruptured vertebrae in the neck/spine. It is suggested that clenching and unclenching the fist several times or bending the elbow a few times, when the tingling sensation is experienced in the left arm, can get the sensation of the hand back to normal. As the exercise performed stimulates the blood flow of the arm, the circulation returns back to normal. Remember people, left arm tingling can be an indication of something serious or it may be nothing at all. -------------------- Play Games Arcade Take a break, Play Games! If have have a chance- try to see a doctor about it. Not everyone has this and it may be a symptom of something developing.
If it is, it's best to detect it as soon as possible. In the mean time, try experimenting with your playing posture to find a more comfortable one. -------------------- For GMC support please email support (at) guitarmasterclass.net

How much do you practice Sean? Possibly you had some intensive sessions without warming up?
