i have sony vegas pro and the 2 files i uploaded but how do i match them? the sony vegas says it cant load the vid, while all other program i tried it in had no prob with it

The video probably needs some codec that vegas doesn't have. Use AnyVideoConverter, or some other software to convert to another codec and it should be OK.

If all else fails I usually have no problems joining audio & video with windows movie maker, but I hear vegas is much better.

In vegas go to Project Media tab then in the upper corner you will find "Import Media". Then choose your audio and video files and once they are imported - drag them to the time line and sync. If Vegas can't import your video file (reports error) which is rare - try to convert that file with and external converting solution like anyvideoconverter, fox video converter etc to a different format which Vegas will be able to import and work with.
