Hey everyone smile.gif just thought id share this, is a video of me attempting to play the well known canon rock at my school's talent show.

I know it is far from perfect and there's a lot of mistakes but the aim was to have fun and entertain people.

since i didnt have time to learn the whole song i made it shorter and i improvised pretty much the second half tongue.gif

Good stage presence! However, you bending to the wrong note is letting you down a lot. It's a simple fix and would make it sound a lot better! Good try, though smile.gif

It's very cool and inspiring to see you play with such an attitude!
Dude I love it!
But, as said you need to work on bending and vibrato etc.. That's just a matter of time.
You already got the most difficult part of being a guitarist: on-stage attitude.

Really good attitude man! Keep it up smile.gif

Regarding playing - yes there are some things but you'll fix that with some practice.

You can learn to improve guitar skills where needed... not a problem as that is based on dedication to practicing. Having the balls to get up there and do what you did is something you either have or don't.. so kudos to you for having that ability.

The audience loved you anyway despite any mistakes. smile.gif Awesome performance!!!
I'm still working on having that stage attitude. I try, but it's just not as natural yet.
I loved how you used Trond's awesome track!! ohmy.gif Trond is a heck of a player!
Oh, what's that calling my name from my room? Is that Canon Rock? Time to play it and dream of being in front of an audience. I always do that when I play guitar. wink.gif

If I turn the sound off I'm watching a Rock Star! A+ for attitude bro! Well done. Some bending issues and I think the tuning and intonation of the guitar are off, however, those are the things you can work on. Stage presence either exists or it doesn't and yours is AWESOME!

Well done smile.gif It takes HUGE stones to get up in front of everyone and own it. That's the kind of thing you just can't teach. The rest of it you will learn as you go. Keep it up!
