Dont be afraid, I am used to brainstorming and this thing was one of outcomes :-D And many more will come plly, if other duties wont stop me:)

This is a nice idea , but I think it would be a little hard to integrate into the web site..And also it won't affect all members because not all have recording possibilities..Though some kind of progress tracking and statistics back-end for users would be motivating..
