Freezing Your Gmc Account?

Hey everyone, I guess it´s a rather uncool question, but is it possible to freeze your GMC account for a while? Right now I am very busy with university and I don´t have the time to make use of my GMC subscription. I definetely want to come back, but I don´t want to lose all my bookmarks, messages and so on. So is it possible to cancel your account and come back later so that I won´t lose my stuff?
