Maybe this Maxon causes you all the problems,
it's OD pedal and it should go before amp (preamp section) and not after ( FX Loop ). Regarding Decimator, it is NR pedal but you can also put it right after Maxon and before the amp. Speaking of hum you mentioned, what kind of guitar you have, what pickups? You know, some hum just cannot be killed that easily if you wanna high gain with some random single coils, just an example. And you should check your cables too, no doubt, every piece of gear in tone chain must be fully operational.

Muris is right, OD pedal should go in front of the amp, not in loop. have you tried perhaps only guitar>amp without any effects? Is noise present? How much if it is?

I'd put the noise surpressor right after the guitar, and like mentioned the OD before the amp.
Then to get everything noiseless you should run all effects on batteries. I'e the Surpressor kills any noise from the guitar for a clean signal into the amp. But with your kind of amp my bet is that the preamp is noisy so you could get a better result with it in the loop. -------------------- My bands homepage
