I've been listening that kind of music of some time
 It reminded me of Belorussian band Lyapis Trubetskoy (Ляпис Трубецкой). Cool! Only russian band I know of is Lumen, and they are more anarchistic
And doesnt have trumpets

Another russian punk-rock band with trumpets is Leningrad (Ленинград). I don't like thei music because of huge amount of swearing in lyrics

As I am russian I listen a lot of russian rock and metal and it is sad for me that there are many amazing bands but they are not known outside countries where russians live
