I can imagine that Wah will drain a battery in 2-3 hours since it's more like a computer.
If all the bells and whistles makes it a better pedal is up to you to decide.

Do you like to play around with different settings and combination of settings in order to tweak in a usuable sound then I suspect the BOSS is or you.
If you just want things to work, no special effects the Dunlop entry model would be fine.

So to me it's pretty simple. Do you like hi-tech, get the BOSS. If you want simplicity, get something else.

My experience from modeling stuff like that is that I browse through all sounds, find 1 or 2 that I like and I stick to them.
