Fretboard For Lessons?

The picture of the fretboards used for the lessons are ideal. I am looking to create some of my own practice material for scales/scale boxes etc. (i.e. Underneath the beginning text on Pavel's Ionian scale speedpicking) I'm talking about the animated pictures that are frequently used in the lessons already that show the scales/notes - I find these pictures very easy to read and play at the same time - I have guitar pro 5, but prefer the visual fretboard over Tab.
