Hallo Gabriel,
I have some questions about soloing over defined cadences.
For an exampel: B D5 A E5
How can I identify the right scale for soloing for this exampel and how can I do this basically?

Thanking you in advance

Richard

I think tht you should learn the Andrew's tonality theory lessons in the thoery board. Generally (but not always) the first chord of a progression gives you the right scale for soloing. In this case I think that the first chord is B minor or B5 and in this case the scale that you can use is B minor aeolian or B pentatonic minor.
