Definitely right on with the hurrying thing. I have a tend to do that sometimes. Needs more practice and to play it slowly first for sure. That was just me trying to throw something together before I had to go to work and was the first take. But I wanted to post something. Well, back to practicing. Great, wish you luck with practicing and let me know how it goes!! -------------------- Youtube

Ahh,I see some cheating here
Joking of course, adding note on bend with tap instead of pinky isn't bad thing at all, same as using hammer-on instead instead of bending, that's your approach and nothing wrong there. But same issue as with other members, kind of hurry in playing which leads to loosing of timing a bit. Take it slow, you're doing fine by now, thanks for effort, well appreciated!! -------------------- Youtube

How do you guys manage to record the bacing track? I would have to ask you to deal this issue with members via PM, use/download of backings is sort of prohibited at the moment. Thanks in advance -------------------- Youtube

Thanks for efforts!!
Timing is bit better but still needs some practicing which is what we all love to do,to practice. And be careful while making bends, try to hit wanted note correctly, sometimes it's bit low or too high imho. Taps on the bend are missed notes, try to fix that too, rest of it is going on the right track, keep it up!! -------------------- Youtube

Good job! This is one of my favourite lesson BTW. Excellent! Thanks David Hi Crazyfret. About sustain on tapped bends, maybe to add bit more gain/drive? Or maybe it needs some practicing. And those chromatic runs, per example frets 16,15,14 and 13 on high E over Fm chord. If you take a look at the notes, chord AND scale played there (which is Eb major) you'll see that passing note is 14th fret, note F# or Gb. You said well,I'm not resting on it and notes around it are fine so it sounds ok. -------------------- Youtube

Not bad take,not at all!!
But first of all you must have proper sound to play this kind of stuff and to get right "feel" for it. That means you really need to add more drive to your sound, the way it is atm it sounds like overdriven clean and you need a massive distortion for it. -------------------- Youtube
