Hey guys I did a little vid with my new axe!
Shot with a Canon 7d and in collaboration with an old drummer friend - this is the dude that put the guitar in my hands actually

Awesome guitar!

Mmh, beautiful ! I just like to make the YouTube video full screen, go to 1080p, pause screen and then imagine that it is mine...

You should have your own Cosmin Wolf Signature, not some Mushroom Mike's
Btw. i like Romanian influence in it!!

PRS Cosmin Lupu Wolf Signature Baritone... Awesome I'd love to see that.

Thank you gentlemen
Slav...Mushroom Mike? I had no thought of any Romanian influence, but hey, if Slav says so, I can't say otherwise

Guitar sounds as good as it looks. Stock pickups? I dig the tight tone.

Great ! I'm glad for you mate ! You see what Canon can do ??!!! heheheh

Wow! Nice guitar. Killer riffs. ...and that video quality is amazing. I've been unable to get that quality with my 60D. Its probably my technuque. Any tricks to share?

Indeed Sinisa! I remember you telling me this last year when I told you that I have bought the Nikon
Well, now the Nikon is for sale - hopefully I have already found someone to buy it and I will try to get a 7D for myself, maybe in 3 months I'll have the cash down

Mate this was shot using the following gear:
Elinchrom lights (350 and 600 wats) Canon 7D Body Canon 18-135 Lens
I will also write down the settings for the next video that I will shoot, but I don't think that it will help out that much as the conditions are different from one place to the other.
Anything specific you had in mind James?
Cosmin

Lighting may make a big difference for sure. I should try my 19-135 lens. Other videos I've shot so far were with a 50mm wide aperature lens. I was running into depth of field focus issues. In low light, I had set the F stop to 1.4 and then whenever I moved even a little bit, I would go out of focus. So part of the video would be crisp and when I started moving around, blurry. Maybe just a higher F-stop setting would work for better depth of field. That and with more light, I wouldn't need such a low setting.

Oh, well, I will soon shoot new GMC material with it
I think my lights are enough for this sort of vids, it's just a matter of positioning them

Awesome guitar and picture!
I think, that it would be cool to add some high frequencies to the sound, but it's only my taste

Wrong setup James ! Never put that F stop ! Screw it to 2.5 or even 2.8 ! Set ISO to higher exposure, 400/600/800 (don't go over) . Of course, the first requirement is that you have a good lighting

Yeah, I loved that video, Cosmin! I saw it right after it was uploaded on YouTube. That tone from that baritone is so thick! I am looking forward to hearing it in a lesson!
