Hey GMC'rs wink.gif
I would just like to say i recieved my "Intense Rock 1 & 2" Dvd this morning. There is about 2 hours of footage of the shredder Paul Gilbert showing u amazing licks up to tempo and slowed down to view his terrifying licks. I would say this DVD is for anyone but not straight for the beginner. Although if u think u can handle it check it out. In conclusion i recommend this Dvd to everyone and i truly believe u will enjoy and get all of your moneys worth. Good luck and hope all is well! wink.gif

Paul Gilbert- Intense Rock Dvd 1 & 2 ....He also has more vids u can check it out if u like.

And JP's Rock Discipline is great too, however it's more of a training-video... (he didn't recommend special diet though...) laugh.gif

Yup, PG's instructional stuff are always worth to check out! smile.gif

Paul has a number of great DVD's, those 2 are definitely awesome, the Vinnie Moore ones and John Petrucci one, all are great. Paul seems like such a great and humble guy, a really good teacher also.

Vinnie has 2 instructional videos released for REH video "Hot Lick series". One is called "Speed, accuracy and articulation" and the other one I am not sure. It could be "Speed soloing". These 2 are also more than great. I learned a lot from these. Having said that Gilbert's videos are the most popular is because of number of copies sold. I think Gilbert sold over 200.000 VHS tapes but Vinnie's videos are also very famous.
