Yeah. I live 160 miles from my home town in the UK and I travel back twice a year. 113 miles is only 2/3 of that journey really smile.gif I know there are a lot of GMCers in CT and NY so I will try and visit many people and I want to start a band over there so I will be looking for band members also smile.gif

I can't wait as it is starting a fresh life. I'm going to do things right this time smile.gif

Also if anybody wants me to help them with anything or do anything then please let me know asap as I'm going this Sunday (22nd February).

Thanks for all the good times I've had over the years. And just to let you all know what I am doing I have booked a 3 month holiday in America before October when I enrol on a new degree in America to get a bit of international experience to add to my CV and to try and get a bit of happiness in my life. So expect me back stronger than ever next year hopefully and maybe I can start a band with one of our American GMCers when I'm over there smile.gif

That's great OC smile.gif
Good luck and I hope you find your happiness smile.gif

Sorry to hear that O.C., you have to do what you think is best on your situation, but be careful not to isolate yourself. I'm no expert but I don't think isolating is a good idea. I guess that's not what you are going to do anyway.

I for one am sorry to see you leave, I enjoy reading your posts, you give life to these forums, so I hope you recover as soon as possible, best of luck whatever you do mate.

Sad to hear OC, hope you find what you are looking for, you seem very turned off by playing guitar lately, maybe you need a break, but you could post on forum and chat if you need someone to talk too, we need your LOST expertise.

I can see making some changes... But unless GMC is one of the things that causes you pain I dont follow how leaving it is at all helpful.

Lets see, things are bad. So lets get rid of the good.

Really?

Yes, you will be missed and I really have just met you. You are a good musician.

But I would like to say a couple of things.

What does being a member on the forum got to do with being happy, your paid up forever so no need to leave. GMC adds to my happiness. And if I was on the very bottom I would really what a pick me up from somewhere.

Also, I know only a few here feel the way I do, but here goes……….

“Lord, I pray that what ever is on OC mind and heart will be lifted off and let him see your greatness through the answers. Let him have one of his shooting stars in his life, at this time”

Please always remember that no matter how bad things are there are always millions in much worse shape.

I don’t want to say bye cause I am hoping the response in the thread will make you change your mind.

GL OC,

Jason
