GMC Forum _ Introduce Yourself ! _ Greetings Everyone

Hi everyone

My name is David. I am 28 years old and a self-taught guitar player. I am from Denmark, but my girlfriend and I have just moved to Sweden. After playing the guitar a couple of years in my teenage years, I suddenly lost interest in playing music altogether. Maybe because the band I was in dissolved, maybe school was too hard, i dont know.

Anyways. After a 10 year break, I have picked up my guitars again, and I am committed and ready to rock. I have started a band with my uncle and we have already begun playing some cover songs to get to know eachother music wise.
However, I sure can feel that it's been 10 years, so I need training and practice, and finding this site, it seemed like a no brainer to join and learn something new from some kickass guitarists like yourselves.

While Im talking about the site, I have blatantly (is this correct?) done some advertising for the site on my own http://www.davidj.dk.

Anyways. I'll keep it short right now since i am at work and actually should be working..

Looking forward to spending a lot of time here.
