Having trouble finding a good link for tuxguitar (one that doesn't bring all that unwanted crap).
Does anyone have a link ?

when I try this link , it wants to download a file opener and there is no mention of tux with the download

This is the official site and here you can find versions for various operating systems: http://tuxguitar.herac.com.ar/download.html

I'd suggest trying 2nd or 1st option under windows tab if you are using windows.

Hi Jstcrsn

It sounds if your browser is proxying or hijacked by malware...
I would run Malwarebytes if were you. I just tried the download and seems to be working ok.
Check your browser plugins and search engine.. make sure you are using either google or bing search and nothing else.

Me being in IT have seen allot of this lately..
