Found here. Should solve any problems anyone is having with getting a decent webcam picture
 Also a really cool site for any of us photo/video fiends.

Good stuff.
Also turning off all the auto stuff on the camera helps a lot. I take a minute to adjust the settings on mine each time I record and I get better frame rate than it would get set on auto, with decent image quality

I read it all. There were some very useful tips but this is complicated for me to dress specialy and have special light setup when I'm using my webcamera
Sounds like too much to do. Also he said that the monitor's brigthess and contrast should be on a very low level while using the camera. What if I have a video chat with someone? This wouldn't really be handy. That would be solution for people recording the REC program only But nice tips anyway, thanks for sharing.
