It is a cool device for sure, very inspiring and interesting to use. COngratulations
I don't own one, but my brother does and I think it is great, for some reason where I am from and where I live, people don't like it I always hear all kinds of comments that it doesn't sound real, this seems to come from the old school guitar players that would rather have separate stomp boxes and pure amp distortion. While I agree that the best distortion comes from a good amp, the POD does an excellent job at it, and for chorus, delay, wah compressors all in one package it seems like a bargain to me
I would definitely like to see what other guitar players have to say about it
Congrats on the pod i would love to have one myself someday
Here is a preset i use
Metal_Man.l6t ( 2.2K )

Some sample recordings would be nice ^^ I looked at a POD earlier today in a local guitar shop.. Really considering to buy one if it's worth it

congratulations mate !!! it's a great toy and really easy to use
Nice.... seek and destroy
The more you play with audacity the better youlll get at it... You can do things in the effects and mix things in with it... You can lay down a rhythm track and record a solo over it... goto you tube and look up audacity tutorials
try taking that track you made and highlighting it and going to effects and clicking bass boost to see what it sounds like..
im gonna record a cover of Wherever i may roam
xD first
Congratulations, I own one of these units, and use everything but the amp simulations. I´ve got the 2.0 version thet has a metal carcass ,and have even used it as a guitar rig midi controller.
your right dude il edit it
