Hi Woody! Welcome to GMC!
I assume that you've worked on Andrew Cockburn's First Steps series. The next step for you would be to get into the beginners corner series: https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/instructor/Bear-Rose/. There you'll find all the basics for chords, strumming, and techniques like legato, vibrato, bending and many more. You can combine the work on it with some theory lecture from our theory board (LINK), and from time to time any other musical lesson from our archive that you like. Maybe one covering your favorite band or guitarist. Finally, if you'd like to have a thread at my personal board to let me monitor your progress and keep helping with your lesson choices, just say OK, let's go for it!
