Hm, I think this means that by constantly applying pressure , hand will get tired very soon, and mistakes follow. This is very true. Hand must be relaxed and applying only the amount of pressure needed for proper playing.

I thought it was about storing the guitar..How and where do you guys store your guitars when your not playing them ? I have a wall mount holder , like one found in stores and that's where my guitars rest when not used...

Aaaah you mean pressure on the neck during transport and such. Well that is very important indeed. Case and a stand are a solution for that problem

Sure, keep away the neck from pressure! I keep my guitar in a hard case most of the time, now I use a gig bag, it's softer but preserve my strings a lot better!

I already broke two necks of my guitars, so I absolutely agree on this one
