Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Cheers mate!

Wonderful progress here smile.gif It's clear that you have worked A LOT and you managed to solve the timing and groove problems that were present before. Your picking is clean and the note durations are even and correct. I'll say 9, because it can sound maybe a bit more natural, but hey - it's great nonetheless!

Keep rocking!!!

Cosmin

PS: You might want to reduce the right hand picking movement when later on you will want to achieve higher speeds.

Hi Rhida! how are you? Great to find this take at REC! My opinion about this one is the same than the take that you shared at Gab's Army thread. Your improvement is awesome. You finally found out how to manage the timing of these 8th notes. As I said previously, there is some room to make the rhythm sound even more natural but now we are talking! smile.gif

And about my other comment, saying that a take is ALWAYS suitable for REC. Let me say that thanks to sharing your take here, you have that extra comment by Cosmin about the pick noise. It's very important to have it in mind by now and start working to decrease the effect. smile.gif

Keep on rocking GMC!! smile.gif

Hi mate, this is a lot better. You still have some progress to make yet... you could still be tighter as there is a hint of being 'in front' still in your playing. So work hard to reduce this aspect in your playing and you will continue to improve smile.gif
