GMC Forum _ Instructors Corner _ Introducing New Badges And Costume Titles

Hey there,

Just wanted to notify you that Andrew and I have been discussing some new "community features" which envolve costume tiltles in the forum (my current title is "instructor and administrator").

We haven't really discussed how/if this applies for instructors but if you have any feedback let us know!

Ok i see, thats quite a cool initiative.

I think the GMC'ers would like that!

On another note, how do i change my profile bit where it says 'instructor'?

I see Andrew says 'theory instructor' and Kris's 'Instructor and administrator'.

Kris sets those up - and in fact this is what will be changed for the Members to their costume title.

I thnik as staff members we are free to change this, I don't think regular users can.

This made me think - if any of the instructors want to change their titles (for example jazz/fusion instructor for Ben) then let us know here and we can change it for you.

Because this is a staff-only board we can do it openly!

edit - Ben pmed while I wrote this, I have now changed his title!

It was purely so the new GMC'ers know specifically what genre to expect from me!

I think the current GMC'ers will love that badge idea!
